this would greatly improve gameplay and the overall fun of the game. It should be much harder to knock someone out so players can focus and grappling and strategy instead of button mashing. This game should be about grappling and not just button mashing to knock out the enemy. My complaints about this game are that sometimes the online multiplayer is difficult to work and that in game, you get knocked out way too easily. They look like colorful bubbles with a head and limbs. There are physics controls that give you just enough of an effort to get up but will keep you from getting to that point because of the force that the hazard has over yourself and others. This is where Gang Beasts gets funny as you see the ways that the opponent reacts to being thrown into something unexpected instead of fighting with the hands or a knife. You can fight with your hands and a few weapons, but the goal is to toss the opponent into environmental hazards that come across, such as a toxic waste spill.
Find someone who is of the similar skill set as you when you're playing because you don't want an unfair advantage on either side. You can talk to the people you're playing with during the match. Another option is to play with others who are online. You can play against the computer, which isn't recommended until you get some experience in playing and how to perform some of the actions.
All you have to do is defeat the opponent. When you play the game, you'll likely laugh more than anything at the characters. Gang Beasts might sound like a game that features intense fighting, but it's really a comical game at times that includes colorful characters and fun action.
